In Batumi, the weighted average price of new buildings in December 2025 increased by 15.4% and amounted to 1,231 USD per sq. m. The price increase was mainly due to the primary market, where this indicator increased by 24.2%, while the secondary market recorded an increase of 10.7%. Note: Some transactions on the primary market are registered late, so the price growth trend does not reflect the real situation.
In December 2025, the number of transactions with new buildings in Batumi increased by 44.2%, and with old–style apartments - by 15.8%. Significant growth in the primary market of new buildings amounted to 75.2%, and in the secondary market – 18.2%. It should be noted that 170 transactions were registered by the State in the primary market. The number of Georgian buyers in the secondary market has not increased, the growth is entirely due to foreign buyers.
In December 2025, the number of residential apartment transactions in Batumi increased by 42% compared to December last year and amounted to 1,830 units, while the market volume increased by 65.4% to 116 million US dollars.
