Properties in Batumi Old City

A compact but incredibly atmospheric area of the city of Batumi, where you can travel from the 19th century to the 21st century and back in 15-20 minutes on foot. It covers an area of approximately 1.5 x 1 km between Zubalashvili, Chavchavadze, Gorgiladze streets and the sea. Eclectic architecture: Neoclassical, Modern, Art Nouveau, Ottoman motifs. Almost all houses are 2-4 floors high.
