Properties in Shekvetili

A small seaside resort village in the Guria region on the eastern coast of the Black Sea. It is a quiet and picturesque place about 45-50 km north of Batumi. The village is known as one of the most peaceful and promising beach resorts in Georgia, ideal for family holidays and recreation. A wide sandy beach about 5 km long with black (dark gray) magnetic sand with healing properties (magnetite creates a weak magnetic field that is beneficial for joints, cardiovascular and nervous systems). The entrance to the sea is shallow, which is convenient for children. Nearby there is a pine forest that provides clean air and shade.
