Origami Town

Origami Town is located in the Bagrationi district, at 108 Mikhail Lomonosov Street. The complex consists of two 22‑storey buildings. The project includes a well‑maintained territory, an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a SPA area, sports grounds, a padel court, a café and a restaurant, as well as a kindergarten.

The complex offers studios and apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, with an area ranging from 50 to 106 m². The apartments are being transferred in a "black frame" condition, which allows the owners to choose the interior finishing themselves. Underground and above‑ground parking are provided.

Origami Town will suit those who are looking for modern housing in a developing area of Batumi with its own infrastructure for everyday life. The project also deserves the attention of investors considering buying real estate for subsequent rental. The completion of the buildings is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2029 and the second quarter of 2030, respectively.
