Corall Seaside Resort is a large‑scale premium resort complex located right on the Black Sea coast in Batumi. The project was created in partnership with Ibercompany Holding, Grande Group and Mziuri Development and combines modern residential real estate with hotel and resort infrastructure. The complex consists of two high‑rise towers, 53 and 55 storeys high, located directly by the sea.
The main feature of Corall is the concept of a full‑fledged seaside resort. The property features a private beach, a yacht club, panoramic pools, SPA and wellness zones, a fitness center, restaurants and cafes, a business center, commercial spaces, and children’s infrastructure. The project also includes a five‑star international hotel. Thanks to its location on the coast, the apartments offer panoramic views of the Black Sea, Batumi, and the surrounding mountains.
The architectural concept of the project was developed by Georgian architect David Gogichaishvili and the Hausart studio. Corall Seaside Resort is designed both for comfortable living and relaxation by the sea, and for investment use of real estate. The project is located on Tamar Mepe Avenue, near the central part of Batumi; it is a few minutes’ drive from the Central Railway Station, and about 10 minutes’ drive from the Old Boulevard and the Botanical Garden.
