Panorama Del Mare

Panorama Del Mare is a new 49‑storey multifunctional complex by Tower Group, located on the coast of Batumi, next to the future artificial island. The project is part of the large‑scale Panorama City concept, which combines residential, tourist, business and entertainment infrastructure. Thanks to its location by the sea, apartments on the upper floors will offer panoramic views of the Black Sea, Batumi and the emerging new urban space.

Panorama Del Mare combines apartments with a well‑developed infrastructure for leisure, work and long‑term residence. On floors 29–30, an indoor swimming pool, a SPA and fitness center, a sauna, a café, and a restaurant are planned, and on the roof there will be an open Infinity Pool and a Sky Bar with a panoramic view. The project also includes commercial spaces, parking, a lobby, coworking, lounge areas, and conference spaces. Apartment owners will be able to use the infrastructure of the Panorama City ecosystem, including facilities from neighboring projects.

Panorama Del Mare is aimed not only at classic tourist vacations but also at business travelers and remote professionals. This combination of location, hotel, and resort infrastructure makes the project conceptually designed for year‑round use. Construction of the project began in September 2016.
