Mziuri Gardens

Mziuri Gardens is a unique project on the shores of the Black Sea, in the resort of Makhinjauri, located just a few meters from the sea, on the territory of a former sanatorium.

The 5* international hotel chain Crowne Plaza will be located in Mziuri Gardens along with the apartments.

When designing the project, the features of the local landscape were taken into account as much as possible and the emphasis was on its preservation. That is why most of the territory is allocated for recreation and landscaping.
